The 30th anniversary repaint really pops compared to the original release, especially the shading on Relena's dress. Both figures stand about the same height as my other scales, and the base fits them together without wobbling.

That opening pose with Heero and Relena together is exactly how I remember it from the intro, and the repaint gives the colors a deeper, richer look than the original release. The paintwork on the faces came out clean too, no smudging or weird seams. Worth the wait for a 30th anniversary piece.
