Gaianotes Enamel Color GE-53 - Soot

The wood chips in this mix are a game changer—they cling to panel lines and rough spots just enough to sell the grime look. I dabbed it over a light gray base and the soot tone left a convincing, dusty shadow without pooling too dark. Definitely grabbing another shade from this line.

The wash settles into crevices beautifully, and those wood chips give grime an actual gritty depth instead of a flat stain. I dabbed it over a panel line and the soot tone reads perfectly on bare plastic.
