I was skeptical about the glass powder claim, but the pearl finish it leaves is honestly stunning once it catches the light. It's thin enough to let the base color show through perfectly, which is exactly what I wanted for a clear pearl topcoat.
I was nervous the glass powder would read as glittery, but it's actually a smooth, deep luster that shifts subtly with the light. The pearl finish really lets the base color do the talking, which is exactly what I wanted for a clean, layered look.
The pearl effect really shifts nicely depending on the light, and it goes on fairly smooth over dark bases. I just wish the bottle had a bit more in it for the price, but a little goes a long way on smaller pieces.
