Dit maskeringsmateriaal is oplosbaar in water, dus de concentratie kan worden aangepast door het te verdunnen met water.

(Let op: Wanneer u op waterbasis hobbyverf of acrylverf aanbrengt, kan het water in de verf het masker oplossen.)

De gedroogde film kan worden gesneden met een mesje of een stanleymes. Het wordt aanbevolen om een nieuw mesje te gebruiken bij het snijden. Snijden met een bot mesje kan ervoor zorgen dat de randen omhoog komen.
