The pose really sells it, that mid-weight-shift stance makes him look like he's about to launch straight off the shelf. For the price, the sculpting on the transformed head is way sharper than I expected from this line.
Didn't expect the paint shading on the arms to look this good in person, the muscle definition really pops under my shelf light. The mid-stride stance is dynamic without needing a base that takes up half the shelf. Took a couple weeks to arrive but worth the wait.
The pose really sells it — you can see him shifting his weight right before he launches, and the sculpting on the legs captures that tension perfectly. Paint job is clean too, no sloppy edges anywhere on mine.
