A practical look at the Re-ment Pokemon Neon Party blind box: lineup, duplicates, display tips, and whether this mini-figure set is worth adding to your shelf.
Quick answer
The Re-ment Pokemon Neon Party is a six-figure mini set sold as blind boxes, and it's worth buying if you enjoy small Pokemon collectibles with a bright party theme. If you want every figure without duplicate risk, buy the complete set. If you mainly want one or two favorites, single boxes are the cheaper way in.
What exactly is in a Neon Party box?
Each box contains one mini figure from a lineup of six: Pikachu and Galarian Zigzagoon, Mew, Toxtricity (Amped), Umbreon, Gengar, and Gothorita and Hatenna. A full set is six boxes, six types total, so the complete-set option removes the guesswork. The figures are miniature display pieces, not action figures, so expect shelf presence rather than poseability.
How do duplicates work?
Blind boxes are random, so single-box orders can repeat a figure you already own. The only guaranteed way to avoid duplicates is buying the complete set, which is sold as one box of six pieces covering all six types. If you're trading with friends, duplicates are useful; if you're collecting alone, the set is the cleaner route.
Where does it fit next to other Pokemon collectibles?
Re-ment miniatures sit in a different lane from building kits. If you want a hands-on build, nanoblock's Pokemon line, such as the Chikorita NBPM-030, gives you micro-sized blocks to assemble. Neon Party is the opposite: open, display, done. Both work on the same shelf, but they scratch different itches.
Display and care notes
These are small, colorful figures, so dust is the main enemy. A covered shelf, a small acrylic case, or a quick soft-brush dusting every few weeks keeps the paint looking sharp. Keep them out of direct sun to slow fading, and avoid placing them next to heavy traffic areas where they can be knocked over.
Neon Party FAQ
- Is the complete set worth it over single boxes?
- The complete set covers all six types in one box of six pieces. Single boxes are random, so buying individually can produce duplicates. Buy the set if you want the full lineup; buy singles if you enjoy the gamble or plan to trade.
- Are these figures articulated?
- They are miniature display figures, not poseable action figures. The appeal is the sculpt, color, and party theme. Choose them for shelf display, not play.
- How should I store or display them?
- Keep them dust-free and out of direct sunlight. A small case or covered shelf protects the paint and keeps tiny parts from going missing. A little protection goes a long way with mini figures.
