Took a few tries to get the hang of hooking the short side onto my board edge, but once it clicks, drawing perfect right angles is effortless. The two-scale design makes checking corners on my latest woodworking project quick and precise.
The short-side hook catches the edge of my cutting mat perfectly, so I can draw square lines without the ruler shifting mid-stroke. Sturdier than the cheap plastic squares I've fought with before, and the right angle checks out exactly on my test piece.
The hook on the short side grips the edge of my cutting mat really well, so drawing right angles feels steady and precise. It’s a simple tool, but for checking 90-degree corners in my woodworking projects, it’s exactly what I needed.
